Ensuring the Best Experience for Our Clients
At CHILDISH MANE LLC, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our salon. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations and procedures. If you have any questions, just contact us and we will gladly help!

1. Parents must ensure the child's hair is unbraided and detangled. A separate detangling service is available for parents who need assistance with detangling their child's hair. Ask a stylist for more information.

2. Walk-ins are welcome for most styles. Stop in or call for more information.
3. No food or drink in the salon, please.

4. Only one parent or guardian per child at a time may enter the salon.
​
5. Visitors should make use of the chairs near the salon entrance. Please do not sit anywhere else in the salon.

6. Appointment times are approximate and may vary based on staffing, a client's preparation before arriving at the salon (e.g. hair is already detangled before arrival), and other factors. In most cases, stylists will complete appointments by the scheduled end time.

7. Please be respectful to the stylists, parents, and children in our kid-friendly salon. Unruly or abusive behavior will result in removal from the premises.

8. Prices are as advertised. There are no discounts for partial services.
